Free Audiobooks of Classic Children's Literature

I am excited to share one of my favorite websites that I discovered recently. It is called LibriVox and it is a wonderful site where you can listen to free audiobooks for children and adults. According to the Librivox website, "Librivox volunteers record chapters of books in the public domain and release the audio files back onto the net. Their goal is to make all public domain books available as free audio books. They are a totally volunteer, open source, free content, public domain project."

Some of the great books they have available are:
"Aesop's Fables"
"Little Women"
"The Wonderful Wizard of Oz"
"Old Mother West Wind"
"Alice's Adventures in Wonderland"
"The Reluctant Dragon"
"Wind in the Willows"
"The Jungle Book"
"Anne of Green Gables"

There are currently 339 audiobooks for children with more in the works.
